Role Overview

We are seeking a

dynamic and persuasive Tele Sales Executive

to join our admissions team. The role focuses on engaging prospective students, explaining course offerings, and ensuring smooth conversions from leads to confirmed admissions.

This is a

permanent role with a fixed salary plus attractive incentives

, ideal for candidates with strong communication skills and a results-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Make

outbound calls

to prospective students and handle inbound inquiries. Explain

cybersecurity courses and career opportunities

clearly and persuasively. Guide candidates through the

admission and enrollment process.

Maintain and update lead details, calls, and follow-ups in the

CRM system.

Consistently achieve

daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment targets.

Coordinate with the

marketing and academic teams

to ensure smooth student onboarding.

Candidate Requirements

Prior experience in

tele sales, inside sales, or academic counselling

is preferred. Strong

verbal communication skills

in English and Malayalam.

Target-oriented mindset

with passion for sales, education, and career counselling. Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with

CRM tools.

Minimum 1 yr Experienced candidates or Freshers with excellent communication skills will also be considered.
