Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-driven Tele Sales Executives to join our growing team. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining products/services, and closing sales over the phone. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy building customer relationships, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound/inbound calls to prospective customers.

Explain product/service features and benefits clearly and persuasively.

Generate leads, follow up, and convert inquiries into sales.

Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information.

Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Provide feedback to the sales team for improving processes.

Requirements

Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Ability to work with targets and under pressure.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM tools).

Fluent in [English + Malayalam].
