We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented
Telesales Executive
to join our business development team. In this role, you will reach out to potential clients, understand their business needs, and pitch our consultancy services to help them succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients (startups, SMEs, entrepreneurs) to pitch our services.
Explain services such as company registration, GST, income tax filing, audit support, and bookkeeping.
Understand client requirements and provide suitable service recommendations.
Follow up on inquiries, nurture leads, and close deals.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and update CRM systems regularly.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
Provide basic post-sale support or escalate queries to relevant departments.
Requirements:
Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
Basic understanding of business registration, tax, and accounting services (training will be provided).
Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections.
Goal-driven and self-motivated.
Basic computer literacy and experience with CRM tools.
Bachelor's degree in commerce, business, or a related field is a plus.
