to join our Hair Transplant Clinic team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a vital role in creating a positive impression, building trust, and guiding patients through their consultation and treatment journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound patient calls with professionalism and empathy.
Provide detailed information about hair transplant services, treatments, and procedures.
Fix appointments and coordinate consultations with doctors and clinic staff.
Maintain patient follow-up calls for reminders, feedback, and post-treatment care.
Manage leads generated through marketing and ensure timely conversion.
Update and maintain accurate records in CRM/telecalling software.
Address patient queries, concerns, and escalate issues to relevant departments when necessary.
Contribute towards patient satisfaction and clinic reputation by delivering quality telecalling support.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum
3 years of experience
in telecalling/customer support (preferably in healthcare, wellness, or hospitality).
Strong communication skills in English and regional language (Hindi/Malayalam/others as per location).
Ability to handle patient queries with patience, empathy, and confidence.
Good knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, and call handling systems.
Target-oriented with excellent persuasion and follow-up skills.
Professional attitude, disciplined, and result-driven.
