Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Tele sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, resolving customer queries, and promoting our products or services.

Key Responsibilities:



? Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and sell products/services.

? Answer incoming calls from customers to take orders, answer inquiries, and provide information.

? Maintain records of conversations and update customer databases.

? Follow up with leads and convert them into sales.

? Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and conversion goals.

? Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.

? Work closely with the sales and marketing teams for campaign support.

Requirements:



? High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.

? Proven experience as a tele caller or similar customer service role is preferred.

? Excellent communication skills in [insert required languages].

? Strong persuasive and negotiation skills. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.

? Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
