We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telesales Executive to join our team. The role involves making outbound calls, promoting company products/services, generating leads, and achieving sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain products/services and convince customers to make a purchase.
Generate leads and meet/exceed assigned sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer details.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Follow up on leads and handle customer queries effectively.
Report daily/weekly sales performance to the supervisor.

Requirements
Minimum High School/Diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred).
Prior experience in telesales/telemarketing/customer service is an advantage.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and result-driven.
