Job Description

We are seeking a motivated

Telesales Executive

to drive sales through outbound and inbound calls. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:



Contact potential and existing customers to promote products/services. Follow up on leads and inquiries to close sales. Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions. Handle customer queries and objections professionally. Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. Collaborate with the sales team to optimize strategies.

Requirements:



Proven experience in telesales or customer service. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. Excellent verbal communication and active listening abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets. Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office.

Pay: ?8,354.00 - ?25,514.89 per month
