Job Summary
As a
Telesales Executive
, you will be the voice of IRZ Global, responsible for engaging with potential partners and customers, promoting the company's products and services, and driving conversions. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for technology and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Outreach & Engagement
Reach out to partners and customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
Provide clear and compelling information about IRZ Global's offerings.
2. Product & Service Promotion
Explain the features, benefits, and value propositions of IRZ Global's products and services.
3. Customer Interaction & Data Collection
Address inquiries, concerns, and objections professionally.
Collect and document information about the customer's existing infrastructure.
4. Sales Targets & Conversion
Meet or exceed monthly enrollment targets and conversion goals.
5. CRM Management
Maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospective customers in the CRM system.
6. Collaboration with Marketing
Work closely with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies and campaigns.
7. Training & Development
Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.
Qualifications & Skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Basic understanding of IT products and services
Ability to handle objections and close sales
Experience with CRM systems is a plus
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Team player with a collaborative mindset
