Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive with prior experience in customer-facing sales roles. This position is ideal for candidates from the banking, insurance, or real estate sectors who are passionate about sales and client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to acquire new clients only and generate leads. Promote and explain products/services clearly and persuasively. Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. Maintain strong knowledge of offerings to handle queries effectively. Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and sales outcomes. Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets. Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead conversion and identify upselling opportunities. Follow communication scripts and ensure compliance with company policies and sales ethics.
Preferred Skills

Minimum 1 year of telesales or telecalling experience. Experience in banking, insurance, or real estate is mandatory. Excellent verbal communication skills in [English / Hindi / Regional language]. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to perform under pressure. Familiarity with CRM tools, Excel, and basic computer operations. High levels of persistence, patience, and confidence.
