Role Overview



As a Tele Sales Executive, you'll be the initial touchpoint for prospective students and their parents, combining empathetic academic counselling with consultative sales. Your goal will be to transform leads into enrolled students by thoroughly understanding their aspirations and offering the appropriate Xylem Learning programs.

Primary Responsibilities



Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents using our lead database. Conduct academic counselling--assessing student needs, goals, and challenges to recommend suitable courses. Clearly present information about course content, structure, fees, schedules, and benefits. Build trust and rapport through solution-oriented, empathetic communication. Consistently meet or exceed monthly enrolment targets by converting leads. Maintain accurate CRM records--logging interactions, lead status, follow
ups. Collaborate with academic and marketing teams to stay updated on current programs, offers, and campaigns. Proactively follow up with prospects to ensure continued engagement and closure.

Qualifications & Experience



Education:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (required).

Experience:

Prior background in telesales, tele
calling, educational counselling, or EdTech preferred--but not required. Freshers with strong communication skills and eagerness to learn are encouraged.

Core Skills & Attributes



Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills in

English and Malayalam

. Strong active listening and persuasive abilities. Quick rapport-building and consultative approach. Self
motivated, upbeat, and target
oriented mindset. Basic familiarity with CRM tools and call
logging systems is a bonus. Resilient and comfortable handling objections and turning challenges into opportunities.

Compensation & Benefits



Salary:


15,000 -
20,000 per month (based on experience and performance).
