As we expand our pan-India operations, we are seeking a confident and mature
Tele Sales Executive
to join our team and help us engage key decision-makers in corporate and government sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Reach out to procurement and project departments of corporate clients via phone and email
Introduce JB Rainwater Harvesting's solutions and generate qualified leads
Coordinate with internal teams to attend government tenders and prepare documentation
Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in CRM
Work closely with the backend support team to ensure smooth pre-sales and post-sales operations
Assist in preparing quotations, project proposals, and follow-ups for closures
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients across India
Requirements:
Female candidate preferred
Excellent communication skills in
English and Hindi
(fluency required)
Minimum 2-4 years of tele sales or customer relationship experience, preferably in B2B or infrastructure-related sectors
Ability to confidently communicate with senior executives, procurement officers, and government officials
Maturity, professionalism, and ability to handle high-level conversations
Basic understanding of government tendering process is a plus
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
