Job Summary:

De Inter Luxe is seeking a dynamic and persuasive Telesales Executive to join our growing team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in telesales or customer service and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills. You will play a key role in converting leads, promoting products/services, and building strong client relationships over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products/services. Follow up on leads generated through various marketing channels. Convert inquiries into confirmed sales through effective pitch and follow-up. Maintain a customer database and update records of calls and sales. Achieve monthly targets and KPIs set by the management. Handle customer queries in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team for campaign support.

Requirements:

1 to 2 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a related customer-facing role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Malayalam and English (Hindi is a plus). Confidence in cold calling and pitching over the phone. Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets. Basic knowledge of CRM systems is an advantage. Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
