Promoting products/services: Effectively explaining product features and benefits to potential customers, addressing their concerns, and encouraging purchase or further engagement.
Maintaining call logs: Documenting interactions, including outcomes, and updating customer records for future reference.
Meeting targets: Achieving daily or weekly call targets and sales/engagement goals.
Following up: Following up on leads and potential customers to nurture relationships and move them towards conversion.
Collaborating with teams: Working with sales or support teams to improve customer experience and achieve business objectives.
