Rank You Higher is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential customers via phone calls, and converting leads into sales opportunities.
The Telesales Representative will play a key role in promoting our range of premium Stones to clients across India.
Responsibilities:-
Generate leads and cold call potential customers to introduce them to our products and services. - Identify customer needs and provide information about our products, pricing, and promotions. - Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and close sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets and expanding the customer base.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and market trends.
Requirements:-
Proven experience in telesales, preferably in the building materials industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
