Job Description

We are looking for a

motivated and enthusiastic Telesales/Tele caller

to join our real estate team. The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting potential customers, generating leads, and providing information about our real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to handle customer queries effectively.

Key Responsibilities



Make outbound calls to introduce real estate projects and generate leads. Qualify leads by understanding customer needs and maintaining follow-ups. Provide accurate property details including location, pricing, and features. Schedule site visits and coordinate meetings with the sales team. Maintain customer data and update records in the CRM system. Support the sales team in achieving targets through lead conversions. Build and maintain strong customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements



Prior telesales/telecalling experience (real estate preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. Ability to manage objections and customer queries confidently. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools. Minimum qualification: Graduate (preferred) / 12th pass with relevant experience.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
