high-volume outbound and inbound calls (6-8 hours daily)
for admission enquiries across multiple locations
Conduct
telephonic counselling
with students and parents, clearly explaining academic programs, pricing, and value propositions
Convince, negotiate, and close admissions
, especially through parent-focused discussions
Execute
persistent and structured follow-ups
until final closure (most critical responsibility)
Maintain
accurate CRM/Excel updates
for leads, follow-ups, and conversions
Track lead status, conversion ratios, and daily calling outcomes
Coordinate with location teams and the central admissions team for closures and documentation
Achieve
daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets
with ownership and accountability
Must-Have Requirements:
Excellent verbal communication skills

Proven sales experience
, preferably in admissions, education, or EdTech
Strong
convincing and negotiation skills
