Key ResponsibilitiesLead Handling & Calling

Make outbound calls to

business owners, founders, and decision-makers

Handle inbound leads from Meta ads, Google ads, website & referrals Qualify leads based on budget, requirement, and decision authority
Sales & Conversion

Pitch digital marketing services such as: Social Media Marketing Performance Ads (Meta / Google) Branding & Creative Services Website & Lead Generation Schedule appointments for senior sales / close deals directly Achieve

daily call, follow-up, and monthly revenue targets


Required Skills & QualificationsMandatory Skills

Excellent communication skills (English + Hindi / Kannada preferred) Strong persuasion & negotiation ability Experience in

B2B Tele Sales

(service industry preferred) Comfortable with targets and performance pressure
Salary & Incentives

Fixed Salary:

₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month (based on experience)

Incentives:

High-performance commission per closure

Bonuses:

Monthly & quarterly performance bonuses
(Top performers can earn ₹40K-₹60K+ per month)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
