Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective students from company-generated leads
Handle walk-in enquiries and provide course counselling
Follow up via calls, WhatsApp, and emails
Understand student eligibility, career goals, and financial readiness
Convert qualified leads into admissions
Coordinate documentation and fee closure with centre teams
Maintain accurate records in CRM
Achieve sales targets and KPIs
Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong counselling, negotiation, and closing abilities
Results-driven with prior experience in telesales / inside sales / admissions
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
Preferred Experience:
EdTech or Hospitality admissions
Banking, BPO, or Inside Sales background
Knowledge of Hospitality, Hotel Management, or F&B careers is a plus
