The Tele Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales through outbound calls, converting leads into customers, and maintaining strong customer relationships to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote company products/services.
Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information and solutions.
Generate and qualify leads and convert them into successful sales.
Follow up regularly with interested customers and close deals.
Maintain accurate call records, leads, and customer details in CRM systems.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
Handle customer objections professionally and ensure high conversion rate.
Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for smooth closure and onboarding.

Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
Educational Qualification
Minimum Graduate preferred.
Experience
2 to 4 years of experience in tele sales, call center sales, or inside sales.
