We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Telesales Executive to engage with potential customers over the phone, promote company products/services, and generate sales leads. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong persuasion abilities, and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly to customers.
Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
Follow up with interested customers and close deals.
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and sales activities in CRM.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Handle customer objections and resolve queries effectively.
Provide feedback to management regarding customer responses and market trends.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Telesales Executive, Telecaller, or similar role.
Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
Strong convincing and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
