Telesales Executive

Job Description

Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce company products/services. Follow up on leads, maintain a pipeline, and ensure timely conversions. Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly to customers. Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets set by the management. Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service. Work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion. Ensure adherence to sales processes and company standards. Proven experience in telesales or telecalling (preferred). Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills. Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools). Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and closing skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment. Fluent in English, Hindi, Kannada (as required).

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
