Role Overview:
We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Telecaller to join our sales team at Digiworq Marketing & Technology Solutions. The role involves connecting with potential clients, explaining our digital marketing and technology services, and generating leads that convert into business opportunities
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce Digiworq's range of services (Website Development, Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, Branding, etc.)
Understand client requirements and explain service offerings in a clear and professional manner.
Maintain a database of leads, follow up consistently, and schedule meetings for the sales team
Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation and conversion targets.
Handle incoming calls and inquiries with a customer-centric approach.
Provide feedback from clients to the marketing and business development teams for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English and Kannada preferred).
Prior experience in telecalling or inside sales will be an added advantage.
Strong convincing skills and a positive attitude.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing or IT services is desirable.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
