Outbound calling:

Initiate calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products or services.

Lead generation:

Generate interest and qualify leads for the sales team.

Inbound call handling:

Answer incoming calls to address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints.

Complaint resolution:

Handle and resolve customer issues in a professional manner.

Target achievement:

Meet daily, weekly, or monthly call and sales targets.

Data collection:

Collect customer information and provide feedback to help improve products or services.

Pay: Up to ?25,000.00 per month
