We are looking for a motivated Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining our products/services, generating leads and closing sales opportunities over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective leads, existing leads and references
Explain company products/services clearly to the customers
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
Generate interest, schedule demos/meetings for the sales team
Follow up on leads and maintain continuous engagement
Maintain accurate records of calls, status, follow-ups and closures in CRM
Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets and conversion goals
Handle customer queries professionally and effectively
Requirements
Proven experience in telesales / inside sales / telecalling (Preferred)
Excellent communication & convincing skills (English + Hindi/Telugu/Kannada advantage)
Good listening skills and ability to understand customer needs
Target driven, self-motivated and result oriented
Basic computer knowledge and ability to work on CRM / Excel
Education
Any Graduate / PUC
