Job Summary:



We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic

Telecaller for Software Sales

to connect with potential clients, introduce them to our software products and solutions, and generate qualified leads for the sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a basic understanding of software products, and the ability to convert prospects into potential customers through effective conversation and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote company software products and services. Explain software features, pricing, and benefits clearly and confidently. Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate software solutions. Schedule product demos or meetings for the sales team with qualified leads. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions in the CRM system. Follow up with leads and ensure consistent communication until closure. Achieve weekly and monthly call targets, lead generation goals, and conversion rates. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to understand new offerings and campaigns. Provide feedback from customers to improve product and sales processes.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,347.48 - ₹24,000.00 per month
