Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote company software products and services.
Explain software features, pricing, and benefits clearly and confidently.
Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate software solutions.
Schedule product demos or meetings for the sales team with qualified leads.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions in the CRM system.
Follow up with leads and ensure consistent communication until closure.
Achieve weekly and monthly call targets, lead generation goals, and conversion rates.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to understand new offerings and campaigns.
Provide feedback from customers to improve product and sales processes.
