We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic
Business Development Executive (Inside Sales)
to join our team at The Wellness Shop. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries to generate sales.
Explain products and services to customers and convert leads into sales.
Maintain relationships with new and existing customers for repeat business.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team for business growth.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in Inside Sales/Telecalling/Business Development.
Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Fluency in English & Hindi (Kannada will be an added advantage).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM tools).
