Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and leads provided by the company Explain photography services and packages (maternity, newborn, weddings, etc.) Convert inquiries into bookings and achieve monthly sales targets Follow up with clients via phone, WhatsApp, or email Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and client details Build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business

Requirements:

2-3 years of experience in telesales / telecalling / customer acquisition Excellent communication and persuasion skills Comfortable speaking in English, Hindi, and local language Goal-oriented with a positive attitude Basic computer and CRM handling skills Experience in photography/event industry is an added advantage
