Malgopay is a fast-growing digital payment platform that enables users to perform mobile and DTH recharges, with many exciting features on the way -- including giveaways and cashback rewards for every transaction.
We are looking for enthusiastic and persuasive Telesales Executives to promote the Malgopay app, drive downloads, and convince users to opt for our Premium Subscription Plan.
Key Responsibilities:
Call potential customers to promote and explain Malgopay's features and benefits.
Encourage users to download the app and subscribe to the Premium Plan (?699 per annum).
Achieve daily targets -- minimum 20 successful closings per day.
Maintain accurate call logs and follow up with leads.
Work closely with the team to meet weekly and monthly goals.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in Kannada (Hindi or English is an added advantage).
Confident, persuasive, and sales-driven attitude.
Immediate joiner preferred.
Must be willing to work from the office (Monday to Saturday).
Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
