We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven
Telesales Executive
to generate sales over the phone for our software products and services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong customer focus, and the ability to convert leads into sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell software solutions or related services.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and inbound inquiries.
Maintain detailed records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Handle customer questions, objections, and concerns effectively.
Coordinate with the field sales or technical team for demos and closures when required.
Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams to improve lead quality and offerings.
