Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Conversion:
Make outbound calls, follow up on leads, and convert inquiries into sales.
Product Expertise:Explain features and eligibility of NBFC products; recommend suitable options based on customer needs.
Customer Interaction:Build rapport, handle objections, and provide clear, professional responses.Consistently meet sales targets and maintain performance benchmarks.Ensure accurate CRM updates and follow company and regulatory guidelines.Coordinate with internal teams and share feedback to enhance sales strategies.
