4. Sales Closing: Persuasively close sales over the phone, meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
5. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
6. Follow-ups: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction, address concerns, and close sales.
7.Upsell and Cross-sell: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services based on customer needs.
8. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions using CRM software.
9. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
10. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, marketing, and customer support to ensure smooth sales operations and customer satisfaction.
