Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow-up on calls/leads assigned, need to schedule the meeting or appointment Answering inbound calls /customer queries related to our services. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with a high productivity rate. Good knowledge of mail drafting. Exceptional customer service skills. Keep records of calls.
