Job Description

Make outbound calls to dealers, distributors, and potential customers to promote Enicet Bathware products. Convert leads into sales through effective communication and follow-ups. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, leads, and feedback in CRM or Excel sheets. Handle inbound sales inquiries professionally and provide accurate product information. Coordinate with field sales and marketing teams for client follow-ups and order closures. Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets and performance KPIs. Maintain good product knowledge to effectively pitch and handle objections. Build long-term relationships with clients through regular engagement and service updates

Requirements:

Proven experience in tele sales, telecalling, or inside sales (preferably in building materials, bathware, or FMCG). Strong communication and negotiation skills in Hindi and English (Gujarati is a plus). Basic computer knowledge - Excel, WhatsApp Business, and calling. Target-driven mindset with a proactive attitude. Minimum Qualification: Graduate (any stream).

Pay: ₹8,973.58 - ₹15,000.00 per month
