Telesales Executive

to turn those leads into loyal clients.

Key Responsibilities:-

Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads generated via digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Social Media, SEO, etc.) Understand client requirements and pitch relevant IT & marketing solutions Maintain and update the CRM with lead and sales information Follow up with prospects to close deals and achieve sales targets Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales pitches based on campaign insights

Requirements:

Proven telesales or telemarketing experience (IT or digital marketing background preferred) Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills Ability to understand and explain technical & marketing solutions clearly Target-driven and self-motivated with a positive attitude Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
