Hooqx is looking for an experienced

Telesales Executive (International)

to join our growing team in Salt Lake Sector V, Kolkata. The ideal candidate must have strong telesales experience in

international voice processes

, excellent communication skills in English, and a proven ability to convert leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to international clients/customers as per assigned leads Promote and sell company products/services to global customers Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets Build and maintain strong customer relationships Handle customer queries, objections, and follow-ups professionally Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions in CRM Ensure high-quality customer interaction and customer satisfaction Stay updated with product knowledge, pricing, and offers Coordinate with internal teams (Sales Manager / Team Lead) for closures and escalations Adhere to company policies, scripts, and international calling standards
Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum

3+ years of experience

in International Telesales / International Voice Process Proven track record in telesales or telemarketing Excellent

spoken English communication

skills (mandatory) Strong negotiation and persuasion skills Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets Customer-focused attitude with a positive approach Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office Willingness to work in an international calling environment
