Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to international clients to promote and sell products/services. Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs. Handle customer queries and resolve objections efficiently. Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and client interactions using CRM tools. Follow communication scripts and company processes diligently.

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience

in

international voice-based telesales

is mandatory. Excellent verbal communication skills in

English

. Ability to handle objections, pitch effectively, and close sales. Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic and a team-player attitude. Must be comfortable working in a target-driven environment. Candidates must be

based in Kolkata
