Job Role: Telesales Executive Intern

Location - Janak Puri New Delhi 110058

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products/services. Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate product/service information. Maintain a professional and courteous approach while handling reception and front-desk activities. Greet and assist visitors, clients, and customers in a polite and presentable manner. Record customer information, feedback, and follow-ups systematically. Coordinate with the sales team to support lead generation and conversion. Maintain proper grooming and professional appearance at all times.
