Summary:
We're seeking dynamic and motivated Tele-Sales Executives to join our thriving team. If you have experience in outbound sales, especially in health insurance and possess excellent English communication skills, we'd love to connect!

Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers and pitch relevant products/services
Explain product features, answer queries, and drive conversions
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
Collaborate with supervisors to refine pitch strategy and feedback processes
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience:
Minimum 6 months of outbound sales experience
Preferred: Sales background in health insurance or related services.
Skills:
Strong verbal communication in English
Persuasive sales pitch, active listening, and negotiation skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
