Telesales Executive (indiamart Sales)

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to manage and convert leads generated through IndiaMART. The candidate will be responsible for responding to inquiries, understanding customer requirements, and closing sales while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle and respond promptly to inbound leads generated from IndiaMART.



Contact prospective customers via phone, WhatsApp, email, and IndiaMART CRM.

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.



Follow up regularly on leads to maximize conversion rates

Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and product details.



Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales

Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales in CRM.



Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, accounts) for order fulfilment

Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales target

Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
