About the Role:
ElectricPe is expanding its footprint through franchise stores and is looking for a dynamic Telecaller to manage inbound and outbound calls related to franchise sales. The role involves lead follow-ups, stakeholder coordination, and driving franchise conversions through effective communication and structured sales follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
? Handle inbound and outbound calls related to ElectricPe franchise inquiries.
? Follow up on franchise leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and internal sources.
? Qualify leads, explain franchise business models, investment details, and onboarding processes.
? Drive lead conversion and closures by addressing queries and negotiating effectively.
? Maintain regular coordination with internal sales, operations, and franchise onboarding teams.
? Update and manage lead details, call notes, and follow-ups in CRM systems.
? Ensure timely follow-ups to improve conversion ratios and closure timelines.
? Share periodic reports on call outcomes, lead status, and closures.
? Build professional relationships with potential franchise partners and external stakeholders.
