Minimum 6 months of experience in Motor or Life Insurance (mandatory)
Graduate or Undergraduate candidates can apply
Good communication skills in Hindi and English
Prior telesales or insurance sales experience preferred
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls for insurance-related sales
Explain Motor and Life Insurance products to customers
Convert leads into sales and meet assigned sales targets
Maintain customer data, call records, and follow-ups
Ensure customer satisfaction and product knowledge compliance
Work Nature
Fully on-site telesales role
No fieldwork involved
Voice-based process only
