Key Responsibilities
*Call customers from Instagram-generated leads
*Explain real estate projects clearly and confidently
*Convert leads into site visit appointments
*Maintain proper follow-up with all leads
*Update and track leads using CRM/Excel
*Respond to basic queries on WhatsApp/Instagram when required
*Share project details, brochures, and location maps to clients
