Key Responsibilities:



Make

outbound calls

to prospective buyers and investors to introduce property offerings Handle

inbound property inquiries

and provide accurate information on location, pricing, amenities, and availability Qualify leads based on budget, requirements, and readiness to purchase Schedule

site visits and meetings

for field sales and relationship managers Maintain detailed records of calls, follow-ups, and client interactions in the CRM Regularly follow up with warm and interested prospects to drive conversions Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure updated property details are shared with clients Achieve

daily targets and monthly lead conversion goals

Maintain professionalism, clarity, and trust in all customer communications
Requirements:

Graduate or undergraduate (any stream)

Minimum 8 months of experience

in telecalling, real estate sales, or inside sales. Strong

communication and persuasion skills

in English and regional languages Ability to handle objections and maintain positive customer interactions Target-oriented mindset with good follow-up discipline
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
