Telesales Executive
to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales through outbound and inbound calls, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products or services
Handle inbound customer inquiries and convert them into sales
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions
Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Follow up on leads and ensure timely closure of sales
Address customer questions, concerns, and objections professionally
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve performance
Ensure compliance with company policies and sales scripts
Requirements & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Telesales Executive, Telecaller, or similar role
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure
Good listening and problem-solving skills
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software
