About the Role

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-oriented Telesales Executives to join our Health Insurance Sales Team. The role involves reaching out to potential customers, understanding their insurance needs, and recommending suitable health insurance plans.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to promote and explain health insurance plans. Identify customer needs and suggest the most appropriate policy options. Clearly communicate policy features, benefits, premium details, exclusions, and the claim process. Follow up with interested leads and close sales. Maintain daily call logs, lead status updates, and customer records. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Required Skills

For Freshers:

Good communication skills in Hindi/English. Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn. Basic computer knowledge.

For Experienced Candidates:

6 months to 3 years of experience in telesales, health insurance, or customer service. Experience in health insurance or financial product sales is preferred. Strong negotiation and convincing skills.

Graduation required. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. Must be comfortable with outbound calling and meeting sales targets.
