Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and present company products/services.
Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into qualified leads or sales.
Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly and confidently.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in the CRM system.
Follow up with potential customers to build relationships and encourage repeat business.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Manage objections professionally and maintain strong customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop new strategies for growth.
Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a telesales representative, telecaller, or similar role (preferred).
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing abilities.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software.
Good command of English (and additional languages if required).
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is a plus.
