Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Identify, contact, and build relationships with potential

corporate, institutional, reseller, and dealer clients.

Understand client needs and propose suitable

audio-video, IT, or electronic solutions.

Generate qualified leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and B2B platforms. Handle end-to-end sales process -- inquiry, quotation, negotiation, and closure. Maintain strong product knowledge and communicate value propositions effectively. Follow up with clients for payments, deliveries, and repeat business. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain data in CRM / Excel and prepare regular sales reports. Coordinate with internal teams (operations, accounts, logistics) for order fulfillment. Represent the company professionally in client meetings, exhibitions, and events.

Skills Required:



Proven experience in

B2B sales, institutional or channel sales

(electronics, IT, AV, or e-commerce preferred). Strong

communication and negotiation

skills. Ability to understand technical products and present them in business terms.

Target-driven

and comfortable with outbound sales and lead generation. Proficiency in

MS Excel, CRM tools, email, and calling platforms.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Excellent

relationship-building

and follow-up skills.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
