Job Summary:



We are looking for a motivated

Telesales Executive

to join our dynamic sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential clients, explaining real estate projects, and scheduling site visits.

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads or databases. Explain project details, property options, and investment benefits clearly and persuasively. Generate interest and schedule site visits for the sales team. Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages. Maintain and update client records in the CRM system. Achieve weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and site visit bookings.

Key Skills Required:



Excellent communication and convincing skills in English and Hindi. Strong telephonic etiquette and ability to handle client objections. Basic knowledge of real estate sales is an advantage. Good computer and CRM handling skills.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
