Key Responsibilities:
Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, and marketing activities.
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties.
Conduct property site visits and provide detailed information to clients.
Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly targets.
Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for promotional activities.
Maintain accurate records of inquiries, visits, and client interactions.
Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline .
Experience:
0-3 years of experience in sales (real estate experience preferred).
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation:
Fixed salary + attractive commission/incentive structure based on performance.
Working Days & Timings:
6 Days a Week (Monday working, weekday off)
Timing: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
