Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to potential customers, explain the benefits and usage of Ayurvedic medicines, and convert inquiries into sales. Handle inbound calls from interested customers, answer product-related questions, and provide detailed product information. Maintain an accurate and updated customer database (CRM/Excel) with call details and customer information. Build and maintain positive customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases and provide excellent customer service. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by management. Provide feedback to management on customer needs, complaints, and preferences.

Job Requirements:



Minimum of 12th pass is required Strong persuasive communication skills to explain benefits and handle objections. Patience, product knowledge, and a customer-centric approach. Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software for data entry and management. Ability to communicate in basic English.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
